Fees are calculated on a 52‐week year basis and are payable in advance by Standing Order, through our App, and/or via Childcare Vouchers.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

There is no charge to make an enquiry or join our waitlist, as we want families to feel free to explore their

options without any commitment at this stage.

We aim to contact families around 3 months before their planned start date. If we’re able to offer you a place, a £150 non-refundable enrolment fee will then be required to secure it. This covers the administrative work involved in preparing for your child’s start and settling-in sessions.

All extra sessions must be agreed in advance with a member of staff at our Head Office, located at 10 Walker Street. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made through our App or directly into our account, using your child’s name as the reference.

Early Days Nursery offer a 10% sibling discount applied to the eldest child's nursery fees, starting from the first full month of their placement.

As a Partnership Nursery with the City of Edinburgh Council, we provide funded hours for eligible children from the term after their third birthday. For more information on Early Years Funding, please contact our accounts department at accounts@earlydaysnursery.org.uk.
